This is a variation of a classic Russian Rose. Because of the peaches involved, we thought it should be called a Georgian Rose, but it's not. 1½

| decent vodka (Absolut or better)

| oz
| grenadine
| ¾
| oz
| Peach Schnapps
| 2
| drops
| orange bitters

- Pour first three ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Share vigorously.
- Strain into a martini glass, add bitters, and drink immediately.

By the way, the classic Russian Rose is the above recipe, minus the peach schnapps, and with regular angustora bitters instead of orange.
