Make a solution of sugar water by combining 1/2 teaspoon sugar with 1 1/2 oz warm water. Put sugar water, rose water, vodka, and cardamom essence into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a martini glass. Float rose petals on the top.
