Not too long ago, i decided to take up making crackers. As an amateur cheesemaker married to a farmer’s market manager, we always seemed to have a terrible lack of them, or maybe an overabundance of cheese. In any case, I figured, “How hard could it be?” Well, that’s a good question, and once again comes back to the question of whether or not you own a KitchenAid!
Making crackers is an ongoing experiment for me, so i’ll probably update this frequently. To date, i’ve only made one version that i’m particularly happy with, but the search for the perfect quick easy cheap cracker is ongoing.
